While every client situation is unique, and we customize our approach and solution based on the client and marketplace, AccelerMark is grounded in several basic principles:

  • Marketing without sales is a waste of effort. Sales without profit is a waste of money. Clients hire us for results and not to just produce a report. Our core mission is to help clients grow profitably.
     
  • The market (not the supplier) should drive the strategy. Any good plan starts with a clear understanding of market needs and desires (what and how end users want to buy). Whether you are selling a mature product or a high-tech innovation, your goal is to solve a real market need with real money behind it.
     
  • Economics provide the fuel for the strategy. Any successful business strategy must have a strong Market Value Proposition (MVP) – that is, any good business model provides value for the supplier to produce, the channel to sell, and the buyer to buy. Sounds simple, but this issue is at the core of business success and failure.
     
  • Your success is our success. We are not happy unless we help you achieve your goals as a client (that is, to profitably grow your business). We also know that a successful client is the best way for us to grow our own business (through referrals).
