AccelerMark's goal is to develop and implement actionable strategies that deliver profitable growth. Toward that end, we work very closely with clients to understand their core strengths and needs and then develop a strategy from the marketplace in to maximize the chances for success.

A high-level overview of our process is shown in the graphic below:

We begin with the client situation to understand their needs and core competencies. We listen well but often find that we help in defining the key needs based on assessing the situation and key questions that must be addressed. The next stage, the market assessment, often involves some primary end-user research combined with secondary research on the competition, channel options, potential partners, and other key elements of the market structure. Based on this market assessment, we can then filter the various potential strategies and market segments based on their fit with the client's core strengths, market demand, competition, and the ability to profitably intercept the opportunity. From this, we develop the strategy for growth based upon a Market Value Proposition (MVP) that aligns with the key market drivers. The strategy drives the specific programs for growth – such as changes to the solution, the plan to drive awareness of the solution, and the approach to increase access to the market to intercept opportunity. Finally, we help clients to execute the recommended growth programs. Our ultimate goal is achieved at this last stage, by driving profitable growth. We work side-by-side with our clients in this effort. Since we have our eyes set on results from the start, we develop strategies that are realistic and can be implemented. This is what we mean when we speak of actionable strategies.

Of course, we customize the above approach based on the unique client circumstances and market dynamics, but this framework provides guidance for how we develop a project and work plan.
